HTI operates a Commercial Support in Lawrenceville, New Jersey comprising 3,700 m² (40,000 square feet) of laboratories, pilot plant units, and office space.
HTI’s laboratories house the latest analytical instruments and perform all the ASTM methods required for complete analysis and characterization of oil and liquid fuel products. The pilot plant units range in size from less than one-liter to a 30-barrel-per-day “mini refinery” Process Development Unit (PDU), and they are mainly used for pilot plant services to third parties on a contract basis and for HTI’s technology development.
